Comment on Dana White: Cormier and Miocic Have Agreed to Trilogy Fight by Cy

Lame. I get why they’re doing it, but I don’t like guys who are going to retire after their next fight fighting for a title unless it’s one of those, they’ve never won it before type of deals. DC was a defending champ for a while. There’s no real need for him to fight for a title again. Either he loses, which is the best case here, or he wins, the title is vacated, and most likely Stipe fights for it against the guy he would have defended against if he never fought DC again. It’s just not something I’m interested in, personally.
