Tickets went on sale earlier today (Wed. Dec. 18, 2019) during an exclusive pre-sale for Fight Club members (details here) for the upcoming UFC 246 pay-per-view (PPV) event on Jan 18, 2020, which will feature the return of Conor McGregor taking on Donald Cerrone.

And now the prices for the event have been revealed. Per Aaron Bronsteter, $300 gets you in the door, while $1,500 gets you cageside.

Of course, those prices are before they hit the secondary market, which will command much more coin if you want to see the return of “Notorious” live and in person. Interestingly enough, ESPN recently hiked the price of PPV an additional $5 starting with UFC 246, which brings the price back up to its original $64.99 from $59.99.

The event will mark Conor’s first fight since losing to Khabib Nurmagomedov back at UFC 229 in October of 2018. Since then, McGregor has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons including this pub punch, as well as two sexual assault allegations.

That said, UFC president Dana White defended his booking at UFC 246 by saying Conor has already settled his bar dispute and has not officially been charged in any of the two aforementioned sexual assault cases.

Furthermore, White says should Conor defeat Cerrone at Welterweight, then he could be in line for a rematch against Lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov. Assuming “The Eagle” takes out Tony Ferguson at UFC 249 in April, of course.

UFC 246 will also feature a rematch between Holly Holm and Raquel Pennington, as well as a Lightweight tilt between Anthony Pettis and Diego Ferreira.
