Earlier today, UFC released a fun new function of its UFC.com website called “Record Book.” Per the website’s own release, “the feature contains a plethora of UFC achievements across categories that range from top-level numbers such as Most Wins and Most Finishes to more granular statistics such as Top Position Time and Total Clinch Strikes Landed.”

True to its word, there’s a lot to dig into on the Record Book site, which goes pretty deep with its various stat categories. Better yet, results and specific categories can be sorted by weight class. For example, who has the most knockout wins in Welterweight history?

Apparently, it’s Matt Brown with 11 stoppages, three ahead of second place’s Thiago Alves and five ahead of the multiple fighters in third place. Statistics can be broken up by entire career, fight, or even a single round. What’s the most active round in UFC history? Per “Record Book,” it’s the third round of Max Holloway vs. Jose Aldo 2, in which the pair threw a combined 204 strikes.

It’s a useful source of info for numbers-minded fans and — more importantly given the current state of things — a fun time-killer!
