Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) returned to the pay-per-view (PPV) market last Sat. night (June 6, 2020) with the UFC 250: “Nunes vs. Spencer” mixed martial arts (MMA) fight card from inside UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada.

UFC 250 was headlined by the women’s featherweight title fight pitting reigning division champion, Amanda Nunes, against top 145-pound contender, Felicia Spencer. In addition, Cody Garbrandt and Raphael Assuncao battled for a spot in the crowded bantamweight title chase.

You won’t get any of the highlight-reel finishes from last weekend’s card, but you can watch some of the action in super-slow motion. I’m not sure what the point of these videos is, but I guess you can decide from the clips whether or not you regret skipping the purchase.

With her victory, Nunes is expected to take the rest of the year off to care for her incoming baby. As for Garbrandt, who scored a monster knockout, he’s likely to make his bantamweight return at some point in the fall or early winter.
