LAS VEGAS – MMA Junkie was on scene and reporting live from Monday’s official Dana White’s Contender Series 27 fighter weigh-ins, where all but one fighter made weight without issue.

The early weigh-ins took place at the host hotel in Las Vegas. The UFC Apex hosts Tuesday’s card, which streams on ESPN+.

Late replacement Damonte Robinson was the only fighter to miss weight. The lightweight fighter initially registered 157 pounds on his first trip to the scale. He was given an additional hour, during which he continued to cut weight and shaved his hair, as well. Despite his efforts, he was only able to cut down to 156.5 pounds on his second attempt.
