Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) will pull the trigger on UFC 252, which takes place inside UFC APEX in Las Vegas, Nevada, this weekend (Sat., Aug. 15, 2020), streaming live online via ESPN+. The pay-per-view (PPV) event will feature reigning Heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic, who defends his 265-pound strap in a rubber match against familiar foe — and former division kingpin — Daniel Cormier in what could be the final fight of his illustrious combat sports career. UFC 252 also hosts the Bantamweight “Sugar Show” between rising 135-pound star, Sean O’Malley, against 14-fight Octagon journeyman, Marlon Vera, as well as another hard-hitting Heavyweight showdown between top-ranked division contenders, Junior dos Santos and Jairzinho Rozenstruik.
