After having to deal with two opponent changes, Jack Hermansson will look to deliver a statement performance in the main event of UFC on ESPN 19 on Saturday night.

Hermansson (21-5 MMA, 8-3 UFC) has won five of his last six and is looking to build his case for a shot at middleweight champion Israel Adesanya sometime in 2021.

Standing in his way, following the enforced withdrawals of Darren Till and Kevin Holland, is Marvin Vettori. The Italian is riding a three-fight winning streak after his split-decision loss to Adesanya back in April 2018, but has found momentum hard to come by after suffering a string of canceled matchups over the last two years.

Now Vettori (15-3-1 MMA, 5-2-1 UFC) is hoping that Saturday’s short-notice assignment will give him the opportunity to gatecrash the title picture and move him one step closer to a rematch with the last man to defeat him.

Ahead of their bout, former UFC welterweight title challenger and UFC analyst Dan “The Outlaw” Hardy invites us into “The War Room,” as he takes a deep dive into the matchup and offers his technical pointers ahead of the fight. Check out his pre-fight assessment via the video above.

UFC on ESPN 19 takes place Saturday, Dec. 5 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The event streams live on ESPN following prelims on ESPN+.
