Bellator free fight: Dillon Danis submits Max Humphrey for second pro win

Highly touted prospect and Conor McGregor training partner Dillon Danis last fought at Bellator 222 in June 2019 when he submitted Max Humphrey with an armbar in the first round of their 175-pound catchweight fight.

It was a flawless performance that moved Danis to 2-0 in his professional career, as he quickly got Humphrey to the ground, took his back, and eventually transitioned to an armbar.

The 27-year-old Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt hasn’t been seen in action since the Humphrey win. Danis suffered a knee injury and had surgery in early 2020. A timeline for Danis’ return to the cage is unknown.

In the meantime, you can watch Danis’ second professional win in the video above.
