2021 PFL 2 video highlights: After week of upsets, favorites reign

PFL was back in action Thursday. But unlike its upset-filled season opener, the favorites stood tall at 2021 PFL 2.

The three biggest favorites on the entire card – all with odds of 4-1 or higher – went down to unanimous decisions at Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City, N.J.

In the main event, Rory MacDonald (22-6-1) made his long-awaited promotional debut and stopped Curtis Millender (18-7) with a first-round submission. MacDonald was a heavy favorite. In the co-feature, another big favorite, 2019 welterweight season winner Ray Cooper III (21-7-1), beat Jason Ponet (20-13-1). And 2019 light heavyweight season winner Emiliano Sordi (23-8) topped Chris Camozzi (25-15) with a hard-fought unanimous decision.
