Aaron Pico was forced out of his fight against Aiden Lee, which was set to go down at Bellator 257 event on April 16, 2021, after reports surfaced that Pico had medical issues to sort out. Now, the Featherweight fight has a new date.

According to the promotion, the bout is now scheduled to take place on the main card of the upcoming Bellator 260: “Lima vs Amosov” event, which is set to go down on June 11 inside Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut.

Pico — a former Golden Gloves champion — is currently enjoying a three-fight win streak and has amassed a 7-3 record, all inside the Bellator cage and all victories coming by way of stoppage. As for Lee, he has won two in a row and was last seen defeating Jeremy Petley in Sept. 2020.

The event — which will air exclusively on Showtime — will feature a Welterweight title fight between division king Douglas Lima taking on undefeated (25-0) standout Yaroslov Amosov. In further action, Paul Daley will face Jason Jackson in a fight that will be contested at a catchweight of 175 pounds.

Furthermore, Bellator 260 will be the first event in over a year for the Viacom-owned MMA promotion that will have a limited number of fans in attendance.
