UFC free fight: Deiveson Figueiredo, Brandon Moreno collide in an all-out classic war

Deiveson Figueiredo and Brandon Moreno gave the UFC’s flyweight division arguably the greatest championship fight in the history of the weight class last winter.

Both Figueiredo and Moreno fought to a draw in the main event of UFC 256 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas last December. Although he did not record a win on the evening, Figueiredo retained his title as the champion keeps their belt in case of a draw.

It was a non-stop, back-and-forth affair that had many fans calling it the “2020 Fight of the Year” and the best championship fight ever seen in the history of the men’s 125-pound division.

Figueiredo and Moreno are scheduled to rematch at UFC 263 on June 12. Their title bout rematch serves as the co-main event of the card.
