Amanada Nunes vs. Kim Kardashian? Dana White jokes that fight would be ‘huge’

The boxing exhibition that took over the past weekend between Floyd Mayweather and Logan Paul has everyone creating wild fantasy matchups.

Add UFC president Dana White to the list of people who are having their fun with the rise of wild exhibition boxing matches. On June 6, the boxing legend Mayweather who was undefeated in 50 fights took on the 0-1 Paul in a bout that was purely for entertainment purposes.

There wasn’t even a winner declared after the bout went the full scheduled eight rounds.

“If you’ve got people that are stupid enough to spend that kind of money, then they deserve to take those dummies’ money,” White said during an interview with Farah Hannoun on UFC Arabia. “Those guys who went out and fought and got you to pay fifty bucks, they deserve your money.”

We have recently seen three-time NBA slam dunk champion Nate Robinson, retired NFL superstar wide receiver Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, and a host of YouTube personalities step inside the boxing ring to test their combat skills with varying results.

Embracing the silliness that some of these matchups have been on paper, White offered up his own fantasy matchup, should women get in the mix as well.

“Imagine if Kim Kardashian wanted to fight Amanda Nunes,” White jokingly questioned. “How big do you think that fight would be? It’d be huge!”

While there have been some crazy matchups already, that would be by far the most egregious mismatch, yet we all know millions of people would still watch to see one of the most famous reality television stars step inside the ring again.

Yes, again.

Kardashian competed in a celebrity boxing match in 2009 at the Kardashian Charity Knockout against Tamara Frapasella. Unfortunately for the reality star, she possesses no hint of boxing skills and was not victorious.

It’s safe to assume that result would be no different against Nunes, arguably the greatest women’s fighter in MMA history.

“There’s always going to be a market for that kind of stuff, there’s always going to be people that are willing to put down fifty bucks for that,” White said.

“It’s just so far from what I do.”
