UFC 263 injuries and medical suspensions were submitted to MixedMartialArts.com earlier this week for those athletes competing at the “Adesanya vs. Vettori 2” pay-per-view (PPV) event last weekend (Sat., June 12, 2021) in Glendale, Arizona.

Not surprisingly, a fair share of combatants were handed mandatory timeouts, including newly-crowned UFC flyweight champion Brandon Moreno. “The Assassin Baby” could be out for the next six months following an injury to his right foot.

The full list of UFC 263 medical suspensions (courtesy of MMA Fighting) includes:

Jake Collier: Suspended 30 days for hard bout, no contact for 21 days

Just a quick reminder: Fighters often return to action much quicker once doctors give them the green light. The lengthy suspensions are just a precaution in most cases. In addition, not all injuries are recorded during the post-fight examination and often times surface in follow-up tests.
