UFC Fight Night 190 official poster: Ciryl Gane and Alexander Volkov vie for title contention

A pivotal heavyweight clash will headline UFC Fight Night 190.

Rising star Ciryl Gane (8-0 MMA, 5-0 UFC) faces Alexander Volkov (33-8 MMA, 7-2 UFC) on June 26 at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas, a fight which could very well determine the next No. 1 contender.

Unbeaten in his pro MMA career, Gane is off to a hot start in the UFC. After scoring a second-round knockout of former champion Junior Dos Santos at UFC 256, Gane outstruck Jairzinho Rozenstruik in his first octagon headliner in February.

Winner of three of his past four, Volkov is coming off back-to-back stoppage wins over Walt Harris and most recently a “Performance of the Night” knockout of Alistair Overeem in February.
