UFC 265 weigh-in results: One fighter misses, but all 13 bouts proceed
HOUSTON – MMA Junkie was on scene and reporting live from Friday’s official UFC 265 fighter weigh-ins.
The early weigh-ins took place at the UFC host hotel in Houston and preceded the ceremonial weigh-ins for the fans, which take place at 5 p.m. ET at Toyota Center in Houston. The same arena hosts Saturday’s event, which has a main card on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and early prelims on ESPN+.
Among those weighing in were Derrick Lewis (25-7 MMA, 16-5 UFC) and Ciryl Gane (9-0 MMA, 6-0 UFC), who fight in the main event for the interim heavyweight title. In addition, former featherweight champ Jose Aldo (29-7 MMA, 11-6 UFC) takes on Pedro Munhoz (19-5 MMA, 9-5 UFC) in the bantamweight co-feature.
