Not bad considering all those “widespread outages.”

Former UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor, despite all his shenanigans, is still the biggest pay-per-view (PPV) draw in all of mixed martial arts (MMA), setting and breaking multiple records over the last five years.

While his 1.5 million haul for UFC 257 was big enough to brag about on Twitter (and land McGregor in the Top 5 all time), it will probably end up in the No. 4 slot for the time being, just behind his UFC 202 rematch against Nate Diaz (1.6 million).

UFC 229: “Khabib vs. McGregor” (2.4 million) and UFC 264: “McGregor vs. Poirier 3” (1.8 million) remain in the top two spots, respectively.

UFC flyweight Cody Durden claims McGregor grossed the promotion more than $100 million in one night.

“A multitude of times, leading to a $4.2 billion dollar acquisition of the company in 2016,” McGregor responded. “Then I went a multitude more, perching the company up to an almost $11 billion valuation, where it sits now in today’s market. Incredible!”

Four of McGregor’s Top 5 PPV events ended in defeat for the “Notorious” ex-champ, including UFC 257. That’s where longtime rival Dustin Poirier avenged his prior loss to the Irish power puncher by way of second-round knockout.

McGregor broke his leg in their UFC 264 trilogy and is expected to remain sidelined until late 2022.
