BKFC announces next event for Tampa featuring title eliminator and UFC alum

Tampa, Fla is the next stop for BKFC.

Recently, the promotion announced BKFC Fight Night: Tampa, set for Thursday, Dec. 9 at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa. The event streams on Bare Knuckle TV and FITE TV.

Atop the card is a 155-pound title eliminator as Martin Brown battles Bobby Taylor. The main event winner will face BKFC lightweight champion Luis Palomino at a future event.

Also on the card, UFC and Bellator alumnus Robbie Peralta returns to action to take on former PFL and Dana White’s Contender Series competitor Peter Petties.

As of now, no other BKFC events are on the docket. If BKFC Fight Night: Tampa turns out to be the promotion’s final card of 2021, it would signal 14 events promoted by the company including their “Toe The Line” and “Bare Knuckle Kingdom” series. That’s the most in a calendar year since the promotion’s inception, compared to eight in 2020, six in 2019, three in 2018, and one in 2017.
