UFC 300 weigh-in video: Kayla Harrison shredded for bantamweight debut vs. Holly Holm

LAS VEGAS – Kayla Harrison is officially a UFC women’s bantamweight fighter after making weight in a new division for the first time ahead of her anticipated octagon debut vs. Holly Holm at UFC 300.

Harrison, a two-time Olympic gold medalist in judo and two-time PFL season champion, was forced to cut down to an unfamiliar weight class in order to sign with the UFC. Whether she would hit the mark was a huge storyline going into Friday’s official UFC 300 weigh-ins, but Harrison successfully silenced her doubters.

Looking lean and strong, Harrison, who has previously competed at lightweight and featherweight, stepped on the scale and was 136 pounds. Former UFC champion Holm was professional as always and hit 136 pounds during her weigh-in.

Now the pair will get into the cage on Saturday at T-Mobile Arena (pay-per-view, ESPN, ESPN+), and the world will finally get to see if Harrison is the real deal, or if Holm can play spoiler once more.
