Hill is firing shots at Pereira over how he handled the end of their UFC 300 fight, insisting the two will meet in the cage again.

Jamahal Hill is not happy with how Alex Pereira made a meme out of the end of their UFC 300 fight.

Things got heated between “Sweet Dreams” and “Poatan” in the final days leading up to the historic event in April. Hill wasn’t just saying he’d beat Pereira, he was saying he’d make it look easy. That combined with some aggro behavior during the press conferences led Pereira to goof on Hill after he KO’d him in the first round, giving him the Khaby Lame hand gesture (watch it here).

The moment went viral, and now Jamahal is sending a message about the disrespect.

“Now I haven’t really spoke on this, but I went to Brazil and DOGG WALKED your guy in one of the most one sided ass whooping in championship history,” Hill wrote on Instagram. “And after [I] showed nothing but respect and paid homage!!”

“I’ve never celebrated over an opponent I beat and even called out my fans for disrespecting Johnny Walker after I slept him!! But because I showed competitive fire and was excited to be back after an injury that could of ended my career y’all think this is was funny or cool!!”

Hill then brought up the other controversy of the fight. Moments before getting knocked out, Jahamal hit Alex with a low blow. The referee moved in to pause the action, but “Poatan” waved him off and then immediately landed a punch that sent Hill to the canvas.

“Alex Pereira, you really set up a punch you couldn’t get to without a weird confusing moment and did some weak s—,” he finished. “But it OK because you will fight me again and my eyes won’t leave you until you’re as stiff as Izzy left you in Miami!!!”

Hill is set to fight Carlos Ulberg in the co-main of UFC 303 on June 29th, which is currently in a state of crisis as we wait to find out whether the Conor McGregor main event is still on. According to reports, the UFC is sending out ‘feelers’ looking for replacement fights. “Poatan” seems like a no-brainer to help take the card off life support, and he’s always looking to fight more rather than less.

We doubt the UFC would rebook Pereira vs. Hill, but if they end up on the same card you better believe this is just the beginning of “Sweet Dreams” trying to talk his way into a rematch.
