Video: Sweaty Paul Fails Lie Detector: ‘I’m Nervous’ For Tyson

Jake Paul wanted to clear some things up. What better way to do so than via lie detector test with his brother, Logan Paul?

The brothers did their best to grill each other in a brief video that can be watched in the embedded player above. They started with Logan, asking if he thought he could beat Jake in a boxing match, to which he truthfully answered no. The elder Paul has been focused more on his professional wrestling career in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) where he’s the current United States champion.

When it was Jake’s turn, Logan went right for the upcoming Mike Tyson match up scheduled for November 15, 2024. That was after Jake lied about not being bothered that Logan has more followers than him on Instagram and YouTube.

“No, I think Mike is a killer at any age,” Paul answered truthfully when asked if he believes age is a factor against Tyson. “Absolutely not [rigged]. That’s a federal crime,” he truthfully said in response to Logan asking if the match is rigged.

How about performance-enhancing drug (PED) use for Jake? “If taking Viagra counts then yes,” he joked before truthfully saying no.

Jake started to get visibly sweatier before being asked if he honestly thinks he’ll beat Tyson.

“Yeah,” Paul said and got caught in a lie. “I’m nervous. I think I’m — I don’t know. It’s gonna be tough. Can we cut? It’s hot… This is embarrassing.”

Paul vs. Tyson was originally set to take place in AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas next month (July 20, 2024). That plan changed after Tyson’s recent ulcer flare-up, delaying the match towards the end of the year. Now, Paul is reportedly expected to face Mike Perry in the interim, though not yet confirmed.
