UFC Vegas 93 “Prelims” Headliner Canceled

The hits keep coming.

During the early morning UFC Vegas 93 weigh-ins this morning (Fri., Jun. 14, 2024), UFC announced that Flyweight bout Tagir Ulanbekov vs. Joshua Van has been canceled. Ulbenkov missed weight by a whopping 3.5 lbs, coming in at 129.5 – while Van successfully made weight at 125.5.

Ulenbekov (15-2) is coming off a second-round finish of Cody Durden at UFC 296 and is riding a two-fight win streak.

Josh (10-1) is one of the brightest young prospects in all of mixed martial arts but has a brutal start to his UFC run with five canceled bouts. He is riding an eight-fight win streak and is coming off a second-round knockout of Felipe Bunes
