Haters (and Khabib fans) rejoice! Here’s your chance to assassinate Conor McGregor on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, and Xbox Series X versions of “Hitman World of Assassination.”

Gunning down Hitler in Wolfenstein 3D felt pretty good.

Assassinating former UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor, known as the “multi-billionaire MMA fighter” in the new “Disruptor” DLC — part of the Hitman video game franchise — may be a little too macabre for my tastes. That said, it sounds like McGregor is up to the challenge, judging by the available sound bites.

From the IO Interactive news release:

“Welcome to the Season of The Disruptor! Global Superstar Conor McGregor is joining the World of Assassination, starring as the Disruptor in a brand-new Celebrity Elusive Target. You are tasked with traveling to the Isle of Sgàil to protect Quantum Leap CEO Tim Quinn from a humiliating defeat in the ring at the hands of the Disruptor. This mission will be free to play for everyone through the Free Starter Pack.”

Michael Chandler may be the first to sign up.

“Iron” was expected to battle McGregor atop the UFC 303 pay-per-view (PPV) event this weekend in Las Vegas; however, a broken pinky toe shelved the bout until further notice. Chandler, 38, has not competed since losing to Dustin Poirier back in late 2022 and plans to continue his extended vacation until “Notorious” is ready to return.

When and where that happens remains to be seen.
