Jon Jones responds to Tom Aspinall’s comments with vulgar reply

Heavyweight champion Jon Jones left a vulgar reply to an interview with interim titleholder Tom Aspinall. The reply has since been deleted but not before screenshots captured it.

Aspinall did an interview with SPORTbible where he accused Jones of ‘dodging’ a fight with him.  “Fight dodging?” Aspinall said. “That would have to be Jon Jones, wouldn’t it? We know he’s trying to fight ‘Old Man Stipe.’ Well, he’s going to fight Stipe. He’s the fight dodger around here.”

Jones won the heavyweight title by defeating Ciryl Gane at UFC 285 in March 2023.  His first title defense was scheduled to UFC 295 last November but Jones was forced out of the fight after tearing a pectoral tendon in training.  The fight promotion opted to hold an interim title fight in Jones’ absence between Aspinall and Sergei Pavlovich.  Aspinall won by knockout in 69 seconds.

Jones and Miocic are expected to meet in the UFC 309 main event at Madison Square Garden on Nov. 16.  In the meantime, Aspinall defended his interim championship by knockout out Curtis Blaydes in 60 seconds at UFC 304 last month.

Jones fired back at Aspinall’s assertion in the comments section of the interview.  He did not hold back.

“This dude literally has my large black c*ck in his mouth every week,” Jones replied. “I’m flattered. I absolutely guarantee he will not win more world championships than me. That’s truly all that matters at the end of the day.

“There’s been many champions, no one like me. I sleep good at night.”
