UFC 306 Highlights: Sean O’Malley vs. Merab Dvalishvili

UFC 306 took place at the Sphere in Las Vegas on Sept. 14 and was headlined by a bantamweight title bout between Sean O’Malley and Merab Dvalishvili.  

Dvalishvili defeated O’Malley via unanimous decision to capture the 135-pound championship.  “The Machine” was able to secure six takedowns throughout the fight and avoided taking significant damage.  With the win, Dvalishvili extended his winning streak to 11 consecutive fights and picked up the bantamweight belt.
