“I’m really grateful for the organization that they invested in me to let me fight on the really big stage at a young age.”

Wiktoria Czyzewksa is flying high after scoring one of the best knockouts of 2024.

Every fighter dreams of landing that flashy highlight-reel finish that lives in the memory of fight fans forever. Whether it’s a flying knee, walk-off one-punch knockout, or a clean high kick to the dome, you can’t go wrong. The latter of which came early for the 20-year-old flyweight prospect Czyzewksa.

The Koriskie, Poland native won the fourth fight of her five-fight career in picture-perfect fashion last month. Tasked with Venezuela’s Erianny Castaneda at KSW 97, Czyzewksa needed just over two minutes to put her opponent to sleep with one of the year’s most unforgettable strikes.

“At the time, I felt very good. It was amazing. It was like a dream come true,” Czyzewska told MMA Mania.

“From the one side, I was really surprised because it was very cool. But from the other side, it was something that we trained at the gym. So, this is one of the combinations that we train for this fight.”

Czyzewksa started her combat sports journey at age nine with karate before progressing to kickboxing and inevitably MMA. Before she turned pro, Czyzewksa gained experience as an amateur, amassing a stellar 9-1 record before getting signed to one of Europe’s premier promotions, KSW.

Superstar potential has been shown off in spades for Czyzewksa with all four of her career wins ending by strikes — the last three under the KSW banner. As she continues to grow in the sport, Czyzewksa hopes to ride out her current long-term contract with the promotion and reach new heights. Still awaiting her next opponent, Czyzewksa will return to action in early 2025.

“I’m a little bit aggressive and I think about myself so I believe in myself. That’s the most important thing,” Czyzewska said.

“I’m really proud to represent Poland, and I really would like to represent Poland in the biggest arenas in the future.

“It is very important for me [fighting with KSW],” she added. “I’m really grateful for the organization that they invested in me to let me fight on the really big stage at a young age.”
