‘Iron Mike’ is no longer looking amused after weeks of hard training for his upcoming fight against Jake Paul.

Mike Tyson was all business on Sunday afternoon as he and Jake Paul promoted their November 15th boxing match during the Cowboys vs. Saints football game on Sunday.

It was a big departure from previous promotional appearances, where Tyson appeared happy if a bit confused by many of the questions asked by influencer media. After several weeks in the gym, perhaps the beast is returning inside Mike. He’s certainly feeling the effects of training hard three or four times a day.

In a recent interview, Tyson said he was feeling ‘shaky’ and sore from all the workouts.

“It’s hard to walk right now,” he told reporters at a Cage Wars event. “But two months from now I’m going to be perfect. The fight is won in the gym.”

He added that he was taking stem cell treatments, saying “Listen, I’ll do anything that will help me.”

Fans of Mike Tyson may be happy to hear that the switch has flipped and he’s finally starting to treat Jake Paul as a serious opponent and not a buddy he’s doing podcasts with. Paul has taken advantage of Tyson’s laid back nature to score points on the elder legend without much pushback. But during the Cowboys game, Mike seemed genuinely tired of Paul’s BS.

Gone was the smiling and the laughing. In its place, Tyson was stone faced as Paul pretended to jab at him on the jumbotron. It was the same thing when they faced off a few times.

Paul vs. Tyson goes down Friday November 15th at AT&T Stadium, and will feature Amanda Serrano vs. Katie Taylor 2 as the co-main. Both fights are also available for free to anyone with a Netflix account. If the 58-year-old makes it through training, that is.
