‘Person Of Interest’ Sought In Case Of Aniah Blanchard

A “person of interest” is being sought by Auburn Police Department in the case of missing 19-year-old Aniah Blanchard, daughter of Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight Walt Harris, after she disappeared back on Oct. 24.

The unidentified man, mid-to-late twenties, exited the same convenience store in Auburn where Blanchard was last seen and is said to be driving a silver or grey Lincoln Town Car. He stands approximately 5’10” and weighs somewhere in the neighborhood of 200 pounds.

Police have since recovered Blanchard’s car at an apartment complex in Montgomery. Evidence examined by the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences indicates Blanchard was harmed as a result of foul play.

The reward for her recovery or for information leading to the arrest of the person (or persons) involved is currently at $105,000, following separate donations from UFC President Dana White and reigning UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Auburn Police Division Detective Section at 334-501-3140, the anonymous tip line at 334-246-1391, or the 24-hour non-emergency number at 334-501-3100.
