Joanna Jedrzejczyk turned in a fierce performance opposite Michelle Waterson last night (Sat., Oct. 12, 2019) at UFC Fight Night 161 live on ESPN+ from inside Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida, as the former UFC women’s strawweight champion outclassed “Karate Hottie” in a dominant unanimous decision win (highlights HERE).

In addition to the strawweight headliner, featherweight veteran Cub Swanson outpointed BJJ wizard Kron Gracie in a bloody standup war, Niko Price spoiled James Vick’s welterweight crossover with a brutal upkick KO, welterweight power puncher Mike Davis scored a vicious faceplant knockout over the ultra-tough Thomas Gifford, Deiveson Figueiredo proved he’s ready for a flyweight title shot with a quick first-round submission finish over Tim Elliott, bantamweight contender Marlon Vera scored his fifth-straight UFC stoppage with a TKO win over Andre Ewell, and welterweight prospect Miguel Baeza made good in his Octagon debut by using calf kicks to end Mexican fighter Hector Aldana.
