Here’s How To Get Hardy Kicked Out Of UFC

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight attraction, Greg Hardy, has now registered three fights inside the world-famous Octagon, so it’s safe to say he’s getting used to all the criticism that comes with a “Prince of War” appearance.

How long his domestic violence past continues to haunt him — at least in terms of the mixed martial arts (MMA) media — remains to be seen, but Hardy has a fairly simple formula for getting him booted from combat sports, which may include some collateral damage.

“If we’re going to implement a rule that anybody who’s had trouble with the law can’t fight, I’m down. I’ll quit,” Hardy, 31, told MMA Junkie. “If we’re going to implement a rule that anybody that’s been in trouble can’t fight, I’ll quit. It’s not the reality of things.”

The promotion claims it has a zero-tolerance policy when it comes to fighters with a history of domestic violence, which is why it cut ties with featherweight Will Chope back in 2014, despite the fact “The Kill’s” ex-wife came to his defense regarding the 2011 charge.

Hardy (5-1) is scheduled to throw hands with fellow “Contender Series” veteran Ben Sosoli on the UFC on ESPN 6 main card (more on that here), locked and loaded for this Friday night (Oct. 18, 2019) inside TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, live on ESPN2.
