Geoff Neal vs. Mike Perry in the works for UFC 245 in Las Vegas

A welterweight bout between Geoff Neal and Mike Perry is the latest addition to the UFC 245 lineup.

MMA Junkie verified verbal agreements are in place for the matchup between Neal (12-2 MMA, 4-0 UFC) and Perry (13-5 MMA, 6-5 UFC) with a person close to the situation following an initial Wednesday report from ESPN.com.

UFC 245 takes place Dec. 14 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and ESPN+/UFC Fight Pass.

Neal, 29, is undefeated through four fights under the UFC banner, with his most recent being a second-round TKO of Niko Price at UFC 240 in July.
