The UFC made its third stop in Russia on Saturday with UFC on ESPN+ 21, which took place at CSKA Arena in Moscow with a 13-fight card that streamed entirely on ESPN+.
A new featherweight contender emerged from the main event when Zabit Magomedsharipov (18-1 MMA, 6-0 UFC) extended his winning streak with a clear unanimous decision over Calvin Kattar (20-4 MMA, 4-2 UFC) that was followed by a call to fight for the 145-pound title.

The UFC Promotional Guidelines Compliance payout for the event totaled $132,500.
Debuting fighters went 1-2 at the event.
Magomedsharipov, Kattar, Magomed Ankalaev and David Zawada earned $50,000 UFC on ESPN+ 21 fight-night bonuses.
UFC on ESPN+ 21 drew an announced attendance of 11,305. No live gate was revealed.

Ed Herman (25-14 MMA, 12-10 UFC) improved to 3-3 since he returned to the light heavyweight division in January 2016.
Herman earned consecutive victories for the first time since August 2011.
Khadis Ibragimov (8-2 MMA, 0-2 UFC) has suffered consecutive losses after starting his career 8-0.

Anthony Rocco Martin (17-5 MMA, 9-5 UFC) improved to 5-1 since he returned to welterweight in April 2018. He’s 8-1 in the weight class overall.
Ramazan Emeev (18-4 MMA, 3-1 UFC) fell to 2-1 since he dropped to the UFC welterweight division in May 2018.

Ankalaev’s (12-1 MMA, 3-1 UFC) three-fight UFC winning streak at light heavyweight is tied for the fourth longest active streak in the division behind Dominick Reyes (six), Aleksander Rakic (four) and Corey Anderson (four).
Dalcha Lungiambula (10-2 MMA, 1-1 UFC) has suffered both of his career losses by stoppage.
Lungiambula suffered the first knockout loss of his career.
Rustam Khabilov (24-4 MMA, 10-3 UFC) was successful in his welterweight debut.
Khabilov has completed at least one takedown in 12 of his 13 UFC appearances.
