Student lunch debt is a controversial issue in the US, even considered a crisis. Many students suffer severe consequences in school for being unable to pay for their daily meal, an issue largely recognized as beyond their control. With no universal solution available as of yet, some districts have been forced to rely on the generosity of their staff, community, and even professional athletes.

Add top Lightweight contender Justin Gaethje to the list of benefactors, as “The Highlight” forked up over $1500 dollars to help out Colorado’s West Early College middle and high school.

Gaethje currently lives and trains in Denver at Elevation Fight Team under the tutelage of Trevor Wittman. Gaethje has won his last three fights via first-round knockout, and he’s currently knocking on the door for a Lightweight title shot.

Unfortunately, Conor McGregor may just interrupt those plans.

Tonight, that number included London rapper Little Simz’s third studio album Grey Area, which features some pretty tight rhyming and was overall a real solid listen.
