Current Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Light Heavyweight champion, Jon Jones, recently donated over 600 winter coats — valued at an estimated $20,000 — to help people in need fight off the winter cold in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and now another Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) star has followed suit with his generosity.

Indeed, former “champ-champ,” Conor McGregor, and his partner, Dee Devlin, recently donated €25,000 ($27,000) worth of toy vouchers to a children’s charity for homeless in his native Ireland.

“Thank you so much to @thenotoriousmma and @deedevlin1who kindly donated €25,000 of Smyths Toys vouchers to us to distribute to families at our Santa’s Grotto at the #FillanXmasTruck event and to families we supported in the run up to Christmas,” read the social media post of Inner City Helping Homeless.

“We appreciate the kind donation of the vouchers and sponsoring the Santa’s Grotto allowing us to help make children’s Christmas more special. Happy Christmas everyone.”

This isn’t the first time Conor has been generous with his millions. Earlier this year, he funded a project that would build a total of eight homes for the homeless in Ireland, as well. He also recently donated $1 million of his Proper No. 12 whiskey profits to first responders.

McGregor will return to the Octagon on January 18, 2020 when he faces Donald Cerrone in the main event of UFC 246 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The fight will be contested at Welterweight, and will be Conor’s first appearance inside the Octagon since losing to Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229 in October of 2018.
