‘Snitch’ Betrays Masvidal, Saves Usman From IG Fame

Jorge Masvidal posted a pretty funny video featuring welterweight rival, Kamaru Usman, in response to some post-fight silliness “The Nigerian Nightmare” tried to pull in the wake of his UFC 245 victory over Colby Covington.

That video has since been removed from Instagram.

“Somebody snitched on me and Instagram took down my post,” Masvidal wrote on Twitter. “Everybody in they feelings when the truth hits them.”

With Tyron Woodley and Leon Edwards lined up for UFC London in March (more on that here), there’s a pretty good chance that Usman will make his next welterweight title defense against Masvidal, winner of three straight (all by way of knockout/technical knockout).

And if the since-removed video is any indication of what we can expect ahead of this “super necessary” showdown, then you can go ahead and count me among the fans wanting to see them fight.
