Bellator 237 free fight: ‘Rampage’ Jackson stops Wanderlei Silva in fourth meeting

Quinton Jackson got even at Bellator 206.

The former UFC light heavyweight champion stopped long-time rival and former PRIDE 205-pound titleholder Wanderlei Silva in their fourth meeting, which was the co-main event of Bellator 206 in September 2018. The official stoppage came at the 4:32 mark of round two.

Jackson (38-13 MMA, 5-2 BMMA) lost the first two outings against Silva back in PRIDE, and then stopped Silva years later once both fighters signed with the UFC.

The win over the Brazilian in Bellator was the last time Jackson set foot in the cage. He’s currently scheduled for a return against fellow PRIDE legend Fedor Emelianenko in the main event of Bellator 237, which goes down on Dec. 29 in Japan.
