United States has claimed responsibility for the death of Maj. Gen. Qassim Suleimani following air strikes conducted last Friday over Iran. As you might expect with any sort of military action, those affected have vowed to exact revenge.

“No negotiations or deal, only war with America,” funeral attendees chanted in a video shared with The New York Times.

If that’s the case, then perhaps the Iranian army might want to reconsider how (and where) it gathers intelligence, because longtime jiu-jitsu champion and Brazilian citizen, Gabi Garcia, is on a short list of potential targets.

Garcia, 34, resides in Sao Paulo and is 6-0 as a professional mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter with all six of her wins coming by way of knockout or submission. She was last seen torquing the limbs of Barbara Nepomuceno at RIZIN 14 roughly one year back.

To help ring in the New Year, the Brazilian is posting her body transformation goals for 2020, showing a rather dramatic change in body type. Garcia stands 6’2” and has routinely competed as a heavyweight, but looks light enough to hit the middleweight mark in her “after” pic.

I prefer to follow the Bruce Lee method of dieting, which I extracted from his philosophy of fighting in Enter the Dragon. I call it the art of dieting without dieting.

I don’t lose any weight, but I’m happy and eat what I want.
