Logan Paul interested in fighting MMA for Bellator; Scott Coker responds

So it seems Logan Paul is keen on taking his services from the boxing ring to the Bellator cage.

The YouTube superstar expressed interest in fighting MMA during a recent media scrum done in the buildup of his brother Jake Paul’s fight against fellow internet celeb AnEnsonGib, which streamed on DAZN Thursday night.

Paul, who’s done professional and amateur boxing bouts against fellow YouTube star KSI and has a background in high school wrestling, called on Bellator president Scott Coker to set up a meeting:

“We love you, Scott. Let’s set that meeting up, Scott.”

The 24-year-old Los Angeles resident said he’s be interested in fighting YouTuber JMX if the money is right, but also open to other names.

“If the money is right, I’ll fight him,” Logan said. “I’m going to put it real bluntly for you, DAZN. I need a fat (explicit) check, like multi, multi millions. Or if there’s an opponent equally or better than JMX and his clout makes sense – and he can bring in just as many viewers as myself  – I’ll be excited about that too.”

Coker recently tweeted Paul in response to his request of a meeting:

While Paul’s participation in combat sports has earned the scorn of hardcore fans, they’ve also been successful events. Paul’s first bout with KSI, which was scored a draw in Manchester, England, in 2018, shocked the boxing world with nearly a million online PPV purchases. Their November rematch, a pro bout won by KSI via majority decision, drew a crowd of around 13,000 to Staples Center in Los Angeles, and dominated search results and Twitter engagement for combat sports over that weekend.

Oh, and Paul has a potential dance partner, should he sign. You can probably guess who:
