Aleksandar Rakic signs new six-fight deal with the UFC

Light heavyweight prospect Aleksandar Rakic has signed a new multi-fight deal with the UFC.

Rakic (12-2 MMA, 4-1 UFC) posted Monday on social media that he has inked a new six-fight contract with the UFC, his third contract in just two years with the company.

“Pleased to announce that I signed a new long term contract with 6 fights in the @ufc . This is the 3rd contract with the company in 2 years. Rocket Time 🔝 . #ufc #contract #future #rocket #rockettime #mma #nike #swoosh #teamrakic”

Rakic, from Austria, suffered his first UFC blemish in a narrow split decision loss to former UFC light heavyweight title challenger Volkan Oezdemir in December. Prior to that, he was 4-0 in the UFC and was coming off back-to-back finishes over Devin Clark and Jimi Manuwa.
