Dan Hooker and Paul Felder transported to hospital following UFC Auckland Fight of the Night

Dan Hooker edged out Paul Felder at UFC on ESPN+ 26 on Saturday (Sunday local time) in Auckland, New Zealand. Both men were transported to the hospital following their blistering five-round battle.

Battling back-and-forth for the duration, both men were wearing the effects of the fight on their faces – not to mention their arms and legs – following the fight. Neither of them was able to attend the post-fight press conference.

They were, however, able to lie in their hospital beds and pose together for a picture.

There had been several heated exchanges leading up to the fight, but as often happens, particularly with such a hard-fought bout, the two showed a tremendous amount of respect for one another when all was said and done.
