UFC 248 weigh-in results: champions, challengers hit marks; one undercard fighter misses

LAS VEGAS – The UFC 248 early weigh-ins took place at the UFC host hotel in Las Vegas and preceded the ceremonial weigh-ins for the fans, which take place at 7 p.m. ET at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The same venue hosts Saturday’s event, which has a main card on pay-per-view following prelims on ESPN and early prelims on UFC Fight Pass/ESPN+.

Among those who weighed in were middleweight champion Israel Adesanya (18-0 MMA, 7-0 UFC) and challenger Yoel Romero (13-4 MMA, 9-3 UFC), who meet in the main event, and women’s strawweight champ Zhang Weili (20-1 MMA, 4-0 UFC) and former champ Joanna Jedrzejczyk (16-3 MMA, 10-3 UFC), who meet in the co-feature.
