Dana White’s Contender Series adds ‘Pitbull’ brothers protege Jose Augusto Azevedo to Season 4 roster
One of Brazil’s top regional fighters has signed to fight on Season 4 of Dana White’s Contender Series this summer.
At Dana White’s Contender Series 29, Jose Augusto Azevedo will make his North American debut. The event will serve as the third episode of the season, currently scheduled for July 7 at UFC Apex in Las Vegas. As with all Season 4 events, DWCS 29 streams on ESPN+.
A person with knowledge of the situation confirmed the signing to MMA Junkie following a oins a handful of other fighters revealed for season 4 including LFA flyweight champ Brandon Royval, former UFC fighter Dustin Jacoby, and flashy rising bantamweight striker Mana Martinez.
