Take a look at how Bellator’s best are training during coronavirus lockdown

If you follow even a fraction of MMA fighters on social media, you’ll see that, for these athletes, the training doesn’t stop – even in the middle of a pandemic.

With the majority of the world on lockdown due to the coronavirus outbreak, gyms are no longer easily accessible. Fighters can’t work out. That means getting a little more creative, which some have taken seriously, while others have not.

The UFC, until Thursday, kept trying and trying to continue with its schedule, but Bellator has taken a different approach. After postponing Bellator 241 on March 13 due to fears of coronavirus contamination, the promotion followed by calling off three events planned for May.

That means no one signed to a Bellator contract will be fighting any time in the near future, so those athletes have to do something to stay in shape, right?

You can see how they are doing it in the video above.
