Dana White’s money jump shot and beyond: 5 ways the UFC boss is keeping himself sane during quarantine

Quarantining isn’t as easy as it sounds – and many Americans have had to pick up new hobbies to pass the time. Like the rest of us, UFC president Dana White is doing his best to stay sane during the coronavirus pandemic.

In a recent video segment by Haute TV, White gave an inside look to how he’s been spending his days in the midst of a national emergency.

First things first. When he wakes up everyday, White said he checks in with his team to insure all of his employees, fighters, and their families are doing well. Then, the matchmaking begins.

“Every morning, when I wake up, I start work and I check in with my executive team. We make sure all of our employees and all of our fighters and their families are healthy and safe. Then we start working on the fights.”

After business is handled, White carves out time to perfect his jump shot. Additionally, White revealed he’s become a gamer – of both the board game and video game variations. With a massive, gorgeous pool in his backyard, it’s no surprise White has utilized some time to swim as well. Finally, given that he has “plenty of free time for working out” White has been doing just that, hitting his extensive home gym “as much as possible.”

Check out an insider’s look at Dana White’s quarantine lifestyle in the video above.
