UFC keeps the assembly line moving in “The Sunshine State” with a return to ESPN+ TONIGHT (Weds., May 13, 2020) inside VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena in Jacksonville, Florida. Taking center stage will be the light heavyweight main event pitting Anthony Smith against fellow ex-title contender Glover Teixeira, a 205-pound showdown that was originally scheduled for last month in Lincoln, Nebraska. As with most of the promotion’s early-to-late spring fight cards, the coronavirus has forced UFC to rebook everything piecemeal, which is why we’re getting ready for streaming fisticuffs in the middle of the week. Elsewhere on the card, Ovince Saint Preux makes his heavyweight debut, just for the hell of it, against veteran bruiser “Big” Ben Rothwell. In addition, bantamweight action fighters Ray Borg and Ricky Simon hook ‘em up at 135 pounds.
