Video: Watch The Pure Hype Promo For UFC 253: Adesanya Vs. Costa

Israel Adesanya vs. Paulo Costa is official for UFC 253 on September 23rd and the UFC released an absolute banger of a promotional video at UFC 252 you’ve got to see.

At UFC 252 on Saturday night, the UFC finally made it official: Israel Adesanya will defend his middleweight title against the fearsome Paulo Costa at UFC 253 on September 23rd. It’s been a fight that’s long been penciled in for the fall, and now we have a date if not a location (but let’s be real: it’s gonna be Fight Island in Abu Dhabi).

Not only did the fight promotion deliver on the fight, they delivered on a pretty hype promotional video for the bout which aired right before the main event between Stipe Miocic and Daniel Cormier. If you weren’t excited for the bout before, you will be after watching this:

“Adesanya vs. Costa is the fight of the year,” Dana White said at the UFC 252 post-event press conference. “I predict that’s going to be an incredibly bad ass fight … I predict that’s fight of the year. Fight of the year.”

And while White has been wrong about such predictions in the past, we have our doubts that this one will fail to deliver.

In addition to that wild main event, UFC 253 will also feature Kai Kara-France vs. Brandon Royval, Claudia Gadelha vs. YanXionan, and Hakeen Dawodu vs. Zubaira Tukhugov. The card’s only going to get more stacked, so keep it locked to MMA Mania for all the updates.
