UFC on ESPN 15 medical suspensions: Frankie Edgar, Pedro Munhoz among 60-day terms

Frankie Edgar and Pedro Munhoz are among six fighters facing a two-month medical suspension for injuries sustained at UFC on ESPN 15.

MMA Junkie obtained the full list of suspensions from MixedMartialArts.com, the Association of Boxing Commission’s official record keeper.

Headliners Edgar (24-8-1 MMA, 18-8-1 UFC) and Munhoz (18-5 MMA, 8-5 UFC) each face 60 days for their five-round battle, which the former UFC champ Edgar won by split decision. “The Answer” is held out for lacerations; Munhoz for left eyebrow and nasal lacerations.

Marcin Prachnio who suffered a first-round knockout loss to Mike Rodriguez in the co-main event is also facing 60 days, whereas Rodriguez did not receive a suspension.

The night’s biggest underdog Shana Dobson will need an X-ray around her left ribs after taking out Mariya Agapova in the second round; Agapova faces 60 days.

Daniel Rodriguez who scored a comeback finish of Dwight Grant to open up the main card will need to get sutures for his left fifth toe which he injured in the fight; Grant faces 60 days.

• Shana Dobson: Suspended 177 days or until X-ray of left ribs is cleared by orthopedic doctor; Also suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days.
• Daniel Rodriguez: Suspended 45 days with no contact for 30 days due to sutures on left fifth toe.
• Dwight Grant: Suspended 60 days with no contact for 45 days.
• Amanda Lemos: Suspended 30 days or until cut above left eye cleared by doctor; No contact for 21 days.
• Mizuki Inoue: No suspension.
• Ike Villanueva: Suspended 60 days with no contact for 45 days due to right elbow laceration.
• Jordan Wright: No suspension.
• Carlton Minus: Suspended 30 days with no contact for 21 days.
• Matthew Semelsberger: Suspended 45 days or until cut under left eye cleared by doctor; No contact for 30 days.
• Timur Valiev: Suspended for 45 days with no contact for 30 days.
• Trevin Jones: Suspended for 30 days with no contact for 21 days.
