Middleweight contender Uriah Hall spoiled Anderson Silva’s UFC swan song earlier tonight (Sat., Oct. 31, 2020) at UFC Vegas 12 live on ESPN+ from inside UFC APEX in Las Vegas, as “Prime Time” finished “Spider” with a vicious fourth-round TKO (punches).

Silva looked sharped in the early going with quick movement, good leg kicks, and some power shots that backed Hall up. “Prime Time” looked tentative to unload his own offense as the larger Silva stalked him at range. Hall did land some crisp punches towards the end of the second but “Spider” still seemed to be in control.

Silva kept the pressure going in the third as he put Hall in trouble along the cage. “Prime Time” was able to push through it and land a big right hand of his own. “Spider” fell to the canvas and Hall jumped on top for heavy ground-and-pound. Silva survived.

Early into the fourth Hall was able to clip Silva coming in with a perfectly-timed right hand. Silva collapsed to the ground as “Prime Time” rushed in for hard punches. Silva’s head kept getting snapped back which prompted referee Herb dean to step in for the stoppage.
