Highlights! Crawford Makes Case For P4P Best With TKO Win

Undefeated WBO welterweight champion Terence Crawford made his case for the title of pound-for-pound last night (Sat., Nov. 14, 2020) live on ESPN from inside MGM Grand Conference Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, as “Bud” finished former champion Kell Brook via fourth-round TKO.

Brook entered this fight as the bigger man but he proved to be the better boxer in the early going. His jab was an issue for Crawford and his ring control allowed him to steal some quick momentum. Crawford was coming off a 12-month layoff so his slow start was to be expected.

In the fourth, Crawford finally let his hands go and took back control. He landed a beautiful right counter that stunned Brook, put him against the ropes, and allowed “Bud” to score a knockdown. After the action resumed Crawford rushed forward again and landed a powerful combination in the corner. Brook covered up and the fight was stopped.
