Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is kicking off fight week with another round of “Embedded” video blogs, an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at select mixed martial arts (MMA) fighters preparing for this weekend’s big shebang.

Strap in and brace yourself as Brandon Moreno sits on the couch and talks. So too, does Valentina Shevchenko, as she flips through a photo album of her recent travels. If that’s not enough to satisfy your pre-fight hunger, Cynthia Calvillo takes her dog for a walk (and a shit).

Hopefully that was enough to convince you to purchase the UFC 255 pay-per-view (PPV) event in Las Vegas where Moreno will challenge 125-pound bruiser Brandon Royval. As for Shevchenko, she puts her flyweight title on the line opposite Jennifer Maia, right before Deiveson Figueiredo and Alex Perez go to war in the championship main event.
