Sorry, no reruns for “The Suga Show.”

Undefeated bantamweight prospect Sean O’Malley has no interest in avenging his loss to fellow 135-pound bruiser Marlon Vera. And if you’re wondering how a fighter can lose and still remain undefeated, you can read his explanation here.

“For me to rematch (Vera), he’ll have to be on a win streak. It’ll have to make sense,” O’Malley said on his YouTube channel (via MMA News). “I feel like I’m just a different level fighter. That would be like fighting someone backwards.”

“He said there’s not enough money in the world to fight me again,” a defiant O’Malley continued. “But dude, if he loses another fight and he’s like, ‘I want to fight Sean,’ he’s about to be Chito ‘Prelim’ Vera.”

O’Malley (12-1) was pounded out by Vera as part of the UFC 252 pay-per-view (PPV) event earlier this year in Las Vegas. At first he attributed the loss to an ankle injury, then “Suga” claimed Vera got lucky and insisted “Chito” was nothing more than a journeyman.

Sounds like the feeling is mutual.
